The Company connects Customers requiring roadside or vehicle recovery assistance with Drivers who can deliver those services. Isaac Recovery may, in certain circumstances, deploy its own directly employed drivers; however, the majority of Services are fulfilled by Independent Drivers who contract with the Company.
2.2 Relationship with Independent Drivers
Isaac Recovery does not employ, subcontract, or act as agent for Independent Drivers in any way that creates an employment relationship. - Processing payments on behalf of all parties;
- Providing a technology platform to facilitate communication and tracking.

A legally binding Contract is formed only when Isaac Recovery sends written confirmation (by email, WhatsApp, or SMS) accepting your request. Isaac Recovery reserves the right to decline any request without obligation to provide reasons.
4.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of booking, including vehicle make, model, registration, location, condition, and the nature of the problem. Isaac Recovery and its Drivers shall not be liable for delays, additional charges, or inability to complete a Service arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
4.4 Changes to Bookings
Any changes to a confirmed booking must be communicated promptly. Changes may result in revised pricing or cancellation fees as set out in Clause 6.
5. Pricing, Deposits, and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are estimates based on information provided at the time of booking and may be subject to adjustment if the actual scope of work differs from that described. Isaac Recovery endeavours to provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees; however, additional charges may apply for:
- Out-of-hours or bank holiday callouts;
- Locations that are difficult to access or require specialist equipment;
- Additional mileage, waiting time, or toll charges;

5.4 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely. Isaac Recovery does not store card details.
5.5 VAT
All quoted prices will clearly state whether VAT is applicable. Where Isaac Recovery is VAT registered, VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel a confirmed booking subject to the following:
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the agreed arrival time: full deposit refunded less any reasonable administrative costs.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the agreed arrival time, or once a Driver has been dispatched: the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made after the Driver has arrived on-site: the full quoted price may be charged.
6.2 Cancellation by Isaac Recovery
Isaac Recovery reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking in the event of: Force Majeure Events; unavailability of suitable Drivers; safety concerns; or material inaccuracies in the Customer's booking information. In such cases, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and offer a full refund of any deposit paid.
6.3 No-Shows
If the Customer or the vehicle is not at the stated location upon Driver arrival and the Customer cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
6.4 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Clause affects any rights the Customer may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
7. Service Delivery and Driver Conduct
7.1 Response Times
Isaac Recovery aims to dispatch a Driver within the shortest possible time. Estimated response times of 30–60 minutes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Response times may vary due to Driver availability, distance, traffic, road conditions, and the nature of the request. Isaac Recovery shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from delayed attendance.
7.2 Driver Standards
All Drivers who use the Platform — whether employed or independent — are required to:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence appropriate for the vehicle operated;
- Maintain adequate public liability and motor trade insurance;
- Comply with all applicable UK road traffic laws and regulations;
- Operate fit-for-purpose vehicles with appropriate equipment;
- Behave professionally and courteously toward Customers.
7.3 Verification of Independent Drivers
Isaac Recovery takes reasonable steps to verify that Independent Drivers meet applicable standards. However, Isaac Recovery does not guarantee and makes no warranty that Independent Drivers are appropriately licensed, insured, or competent. Customers deal with Independent Drivers at their own risk as regards matters beyond Isaac Recovery's reasonable control.
7.4 Right to Refuse Service
A Driver may refuse or discontinue a Service if: the situation presents a genuine safety risk; the Customer is abusive or threatening; the vehicle condition differs materially from that described; or completing the Service would require the Driver to act unlawfully.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Isaac Recovery's Liability for Own Negligence
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Isaac Recovery's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its own negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
8.2 Intermediary Liability
Where Services are provided by an Independent Driver, Isaac Recovery acts solely as an intermediary. Isaac Recovery shall not be liable for: any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct of an Independent Driver; any damage to a vehicle caused by an Independent Driver during loading, transit, or unloading; any loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle; or any consequential, indirect, or economic loss of any kind.
8.3 Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isaac Recovery's total aggregate liability to a Customer in connection with any Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for that specific Service.
8.4 Vehicle Damage Claims
Any damage claim relating to a vehicle must be reported to Isaac Recovery and to the Driver before the Driver leaves the delivery location. Claims reported after the Driver has departed may not be considered. Isaac Recovery recommends that Customers inspect their vehicle at the point of delivery and note any concerns in writing.
8.5 Pre-existing Damage
Isaac Recovery and its Drivers shall not be liable for pre-existing damage to a vehicle. Customers are encouraged to document the condition of their vehicle before handing it over.
9. Insurance
Isaac Recovery strongly advises all Customers to ensure that their own motor insurance policy provides adequate coverage for recovery and transit. Customers should check whether their policy covers them while a vehicle is in the care of a third party.
Independent Drivers are responsible for maintaining their own valid insurance. Isaac Recovery does not act as insurer and shall not be liable for any gaps in coverage maintained by Independent Drivers.
10. Customer Obligations and Conduct
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and its location;
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle for the Driver;
- Remove all valuable personal belongings from the vehicle before the Driver takes possession;
- Inform the Driver of any known defects, hazards, or special requirements of the vehicle;
- Treat all Drivers with respect and not engage in any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct;
- Not request services for vehicles that are the subject of a police seizure, court order, or otherwise inaccessible by law.
Isaac Recovery reserves the right to terminate a Service and retain any deposit if the Customer breaches these obligations.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between Isaac Recovery and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
